Zach’s inspiration for our industry began in his childhood with his Grandmother and Grandfather. Zach enjoyed growing sunflowers, building water features and constructing stairs and pathways, they always encouraged him to follow his dreams. Zach went on to graduate from Colorado State University with a Degree in Landscape Horticulture concentrated in Design and Construction in 1997.
Zach has worked for a variety of landscape companies in Colorado and Georgia. His diverse work experience has allowed him to learn many design styles and construction techniques that he still uses today. Zach came to Outdoor Craftsmen in 2006 as a Foreman and Landscape Carpenter. He uses his vast knowledge, broad technical ability and talent to craft each project into a work of art. As Operations Manager, Zach oversees all aspects of construction. His greatest joy in life are his wife and daughter, who all enjoy the great outdoors together.
